Steps:
- First, turn on the power. Turn on the key switch on the control panel, and then press the oil pump to start.
- When using the bending machine, you must pay attention to adjusting the stroke, and you must try it before bending. When the upper die of the bending machine goes down to the bottom, there must be a gap in plate thickness. Otherwise, it will cause damage to the mold and machine. There are two methods of stroke adjustment: electric quick adjustment and manual fine adjustment.
- The bending notch should generally choose a notch that is 8 times the width of the plate thickness. If you bend a 4mm sheet, you need to choose a notch of about 32.
- Press the switch with your foot to start bending. The machine stops when the operator releases his foot. And the machine continues to work when he steps on the switch.
