(5) Precise control. Because the focused spot is very small, the weld seam can be positioned with high precision, and the beam is easy to transmit and control. There is no need to frequently replace the welding torch and nozzle, significantly reducing downtime and auxiliary time. The production efficiency is high, the light has no inertia, and it can also be used urgently at high speeds. Stop and restart. Complex components can be welded using automatic beam movement technology.
(6) Non-contact, atmospheric environment welding process. Because the energy comes from the laser, there is no physical contact with the workpiece, so no force is exerted on the workpiece. Additionally, magnets and air have no effect on the laser.
(7) Due to low average heat input and high processing accuracy, reprocessing costs can be reduced. In addition, laser welding operating costs are low, thus reducing workpiece costs.
(8) It is easy to realize automation and can effectively control the beam intensity and fine positioning.
