Recently, we welcomed customers from a Singapore super tower company to visit DXTECH’s factory.
The client from Singapore runs a company that provides powerful “state-of-the-art” solutions for smart estates and smart buildings. They are a mature company based in Singapore that has been established for 17 years.
DXTECH’s reception staff took the Singaporean customers to the factory after a short tour and rest in the office. From the production workshop to the assembly, testing and packaging areas, the customers were deeply impressed by the sheer scale of our manufacturing operations.
Technicians showed customers the manufacturing process of laser cutting equipment and witnessed every step from raw materials to finished products, including material preparation, cutting head assembly, laser installation and equipment debugging. Finally, the customer was explained how to operate and use the machine in a standardized manner, and the customer personally operated DXTECH’s laser cutting equipment. They spoke highly of the high efficiency and high precision of the laser cutting machine.
In the end, the Singaporean customer decided to purchase the FL series sheet metal laser cutting machine and hydraulic bending machine and paid a deposit.
